Subject: Combined Section Officers’/Stenographers’ (Gr.B/Gr.I) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2014- allocation of qualified candidates- regarding

The undersigned is directed to say that on the basis of final results of the SOs/Stenos (Gr. ‘B’/Gr. ‘I’) Limited Departmental Competitive Examinations 2014, names of successful candidates have been recommended by the UPSC for their appointment to PS Grade of CSSS. Promotion of candidates on the basis of UPSC’ recommendation ibid have been made against the vacancies available and subsequent allocation to various cadre units after taking into consideration the willingness of candidates who have opted to be included in Seniority Quota (2013 & 2014)

1. Cadre Units are requested to relieve the officials immediately by 22.01.2016 subject to clearance from vigilance angle for appointment as PS in the Cadre Unit to which they have been nominated as per the Annexure to this OM. The candidates may be included in the Select list of PS Grade of CSSS for the relevant Select List year in the manner as indicated in the CSSS Rules, 2010. Copies of appointment orders/notifications be also endorsed to this Department and the UPSC.

2. Allocation of officers has been made in accordance with the provisions of Rotational Transfer Policy for CSSS Personnel as contained in O.M. No. 25/28/2014-CS.II(A) dt. 22.07.2015. No request for retention or transfer elsewhere would be entertained.

3. Receipt of the O.M. may please be acknowledged. Cadre Units are also requested to ensure that the officials concerned are relieved immediately to take up the new posting in the cadre unit allocated. While issuing order in this regard, it is to be ensured that the information pertaining to the officials in the web based system is complete and accurate. In case, an official nominated for promotion refuses regular promotion, cadre unit concerned may initiate action in terms of this Department’s O.M. No. 5/1/2008-CS.I(S) dated 08.04.2011 under intimation to this Department.

4. This O.M. is available on the website of this Department viz. www.persmin.nic.in. Central Services CS Division CSSS Examination (LDCE) Steno. Gr. ‘C’ to ‘A&B’ (Merged).
