Collection of Annual Performance Reports for Senior Selection Grade Promotions 2012

C

Ensuring smooth career progression for government officers is crucial, and a recent communication highlights a key step in this process: the timely submission of Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) and Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs). These vital documents are currently being collected for officers who are being considered for promotion to the Senior Selection Grade of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) for the year 2012. Ministries and Departments are urged to promptly provide the outstanding performance reports for the listed officers. Officers themselves can also take proactive steps to expedite the submission of any missing reports to prevent delays in their promotion prospects. A comprehensive list of officers with outstanding reports is accessible on the Department’s official website, specifically under the section detailing ACR-status completion for Deputy Secretaries.
