का.आ. 2079(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवाएं (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और अपील) नियमावली, 1965 के नियम 6 के साथ पठित संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक और अनुच्छेद 148 के खंड (5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय (कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग) भारत सरकार की दिनांक 9 अप्रैल, 2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 946 (अ) का अधिक्रमण करते हुए तथा ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किए गए कार्यों अथवा विलोपित किए जाने वाले कार्यों को छोड़कर भारतीय लेखा-परीक्षा और लेखा विभाग में कार्यरत व्यक्तियों के संबंध में भारत के नियंत्रक और महालेखा परीक्षक से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, एतद्द्वारा, यह निदेश देते हैं कि शासकीय राजपत्र में इस आदेश के प्रकाशन की तिथि से संच के अन्तर्गत आने वाले सभी सिविल पद निम्नानुसार वर्गीकृत किए जाएंगे :-

स्पष्टीकरण : इस आदेश के आशय से किसी पद के संबंध में वेतन बैंड का अभिप्राय, केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवाएं (संशोधित वेतन) नियमावली, 2008 की प्रथम अनुसूची के कॉलम 5 के खंड – 1 के भाग ‘क’ में विनिर्दिष्ट चल रहे वेतन बैंडों (रनिंग पे बैंड्स) से है।

New Delhi, the 1st January, 2014
S.O. 2079(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 and clause (5) of Article 148 of the Constitution read with Rule 6 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) number S.O. 946(E), dated the 9th April, 2009, and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India in relation to persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby directs that with effect from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette, all civil posts under the Union, shall be classified as follows:-
