Subject: Replies to queries raised regarding 360 degree study on implementation of RTI Act.

With reference to the RFP issued on 26th April, 2013 to invite bids from 16 shortlisted firms for conducting the 360 degree study on implementation of RTI Act, queries were raised by firms which were clarified vide O.M. of even number dated 14.5.2013 and uploaded on DOPT’s website. Some firms have further raised queries, which are clarified as follows:-

(i) The beneficiary of the bank guarantee towards bid security may be mentioned as “Deputy Secretary(IR), Department of Personnel and Training, North Block, New Delhi-110001”.

(ii) For the sake of tasks 2, 3 and 4 for the public authorities mentioned at B, C and D viz State Govt Ministries/Departments, Tehsil level and village level, respectively, the geographic coverage in respect of NCT of Delhi would be 3 district headquarters and 3 rural settlements in each district.

  1. The last date for submitting the bids remains as 27th May, 2013.
