Circular: Filling Up Registrar Post at Central Information Commission

This circular announces the vacancy for the post of Registrar at the Central Information Commission, New Delhi. Applications are being sought from eligible officers who have served as Registrar for at least three years in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 18400-22,400 within judicial or quasi-judicial organizations. The deputation period for the selected candidate will be three years. The selection process will be managed by a committee based on existing guidelines. Applicants are required to submit a duplicate application along with Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate, ACRs for the last five years, and documents supporting any special qualifications within four weeks of the circular’s publication.

CIRCULAR

Subject:- Filling up of the post of Registrar in the pay scale of Rs. 18400-22,400(Prerevised) in the Central Information Commission, New Delhi.

Applications are invited from the eligible officers who have been working as Registrar at least for a period of 3 years in the pay scale of Rs. 18400-22400(pre-revised) in the judicial or quasi-judicial organizations to fill up the post of Registrar in the pay scale of Rs. 18400-22400 (pre-revised) in the Central Information Commission, New Delhi. The period of deputation will be for a period of 3 years. The selection will be done by a Committee as per guidelines contained in this Ministry’s O.M. No.AB.14017/11/2004Estt.(RR) dated $30^{\text {th }}$ July, 2007. The terms and conditions of the service will be governed under guidelines issued by the Government of India from time to time.
2. The duly filled application in the enclosed proforma in duplicate may reach this Department (Smt. Anuradha S. Chagti, Deputy Secretary(RTI)) within a period of 4 weeks from the date of publication of this circular along with the following documents:-
(i) Vigilance Clearance
(ii) Integrity Certificate
(iii) ACRs for the last 5 years
(iv) Documents in support of any special qualifications
