This communication from the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions addresses candidates who have not submitted their medical certificates in the correct format as per a notice dated February 28, 2018. These candidates are directed to obtain countersignatures from a Civil Surgeon, Principal Medical Officer, Chief Medical Officer, or District Medical Officer (or equivalent) by April 2, 2018, or their candidatures will be cancelled. An annexure lists the roll numbers and names of the affected candidates.

I am to refer to this Department’s notice dated 28.02.2018 and to say that the candidates, as mentioned in the annexure to this notice, have not submitted their medical certificates in the prescribed format i.e. it is not signed by the prescribed authority.
- Hence the candidates are directed to get their medical certificates countersigned by the prescribed authority as mentioned in this Department’s notice dated 28.02.2018 i.e. Civil Surgeon / Principal Medical Officer / Chief Medical Officer or District Medical Officer of an equivalent status.

The above shall be done latest by 02.04.2018, failing which the candidature will be processed for cancellation without any further notice.
