Subject: CGLE, 2013- Submission of willingness to join the post of Assistants’ Grade of CSS and Medical examination report.

Sir/Madam,
I am directed to invite attention to this Department’s letters of even number dated 9.4.2015 and 24.4.2015 on the subject mentioned above which were also uploaded on the website of this Department. The candidates mentioned in Annexure-I, who were recommended for the post of Assistants’ Grade in Central Secretariat Service on the basis of result of CGLE, 2013 have not yet submitted their willingness to join the post and the four sets of attestation forms, to this Department. All these candidates are advised to immediately send the requisite sets of attestation forms along with their medical examination report about their fitness from the Civil Surgeon/Principal Medical Officer/Chief Medical Officer of the District concerned, to the undersigned. In case of non-receipt of the requisite documents from these candidates by 1^{st } July, 2015, it will be presumed that the candidates are not interested to join the post and accordingly their candidature for the post shall be cancelled.

2. The candidates are also being informed individually by Speed post.
