Sir,
I am directed to invite attention of the candidates concerned to this Department’s letters/ circulars uploaded on the website of this Department from time to time and letters sent through speed post advising the candidates to submit their willingness to join the Assistants’ Grade of CSS on the basis of result of CGLE, 2013 and also to send the attestation forms and their medical examination report. However, the following candidates did not respond to communications/ notice on web site. They were reminded subsequently by letters and emails or sms etc on the addresses and mobile/emails available in their dossiers but they failed to send all the requisite documents.

If no communication is received by $31^{\text {st }}$ August, 2016, it would be presumed that the candidates have nothing to say against the cancellation of their candidature.
