Subject: CGLE, 2013- Appointment to Assistants’ Grade of CSS- Submission of Medical examination report – reg.

Sir/Madam,
I am directed to invite attention to this Department’s letter of even number dated 24.4.2015 on the subject mentioned above which was also uploaded on the website of this Department. The candidates mentioned in Annexure-I, who were recommended for the post of Assistants’ Grade in Central Secretariat Service on the basis of result of CGLE, 2013 have not yet submitted their Medical Examination report to this Department. All these candidates are advised to immediately send the medical examination report about their fitness from the Civil Surgeon/Principal Medical Officer/Chief Medical Officer of the District concerned, to the undersigned. In case of non-receipt of their Medical report by 1^{st } July, 2015, it will be presumed that the candidates are not interested to join the post and accordingly their candidature for the post shall be cancelled.

2. The candidates are also being informed individually by Speed post.

Note: The Medical Examination reports are awaited in respect of Shri Danny Kurian, Rank – 0194, Ms. Alka Sharma, Rank – 2006 who appeared at RML/Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi.
