NOTICE

Subject: CGLE-2013, 2014 \& 2015 – Nomination of candidates for training at Chandigarh

The next mandatory training for about 60 (sixty) candidates who have qualified CGLE, 2013, CGLE-2014 and CGLE-2015 for the post of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) in Central Secretariat Service (CSS) is scheduled to be held at Chandigarh from 03.10.16.
2. The candidates of CGLE-2013 and CGLE-2014 who have not yet been earlier nominated for the training will be considered for nomination in case they are willing to undergo training at Chandgarh. Failing which, candidates of CGLE-2015 will be considered.
3. Accordingly, the candidates of CGLE-2013 mentioned at Annexure-I, in case they are willing to undergo training at Chandigarh, may submit their revised attestation form (4 sets) and fresh Medical Certificate duly issued/countersigned by Civil Surgeon/District Medical Officer or of equivalent status latest by 21.09 .16 either in person or speed post.
4. The candidates of CGLE-2014 mentioned at Annexure-II, in case they are willing to undergo training at Chandigarh, may also submit their revised attestation form (4 sets) and fresh Medical Certificate duly issued/ countersigned by Civil Surgeon/District Medical Officer or of equivalent status latest by 21.09 .16 either in person or speed post.
5. In respect of candidates of CGLE-2015, they may give their option for undergoing training at Chandigarh provided they have submitted all the requisite documents.
6. The willingness for training at Chandgarh may be sent through e-mail ID (ksrinivasan.89@nic.in) before 5.00 P.M. on 21.9 .16 with ${ }^{\circ}$ CHANDIGARH, Year of CGLE exam and RANK NO. —‘ mentioned on the subject.
6. Candidates in Government service should ensure that they would be relieved well in time to join the training on 03.10 .16
