The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions has issued an amendment to the Central Secretariat Service Assistants’ Grade (Direct Recruit Competitive Examination) Regulations, 2010. These amendments, effective from their publication in the Official Gazette, increase the maximum age limit for direct recruitment to the Assistants’ Grade from 27 years to 30 years. साः.का.नि.601(अ).- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा नियम, 2009 के नियम 12 के उपनियम (2) के खंड (क) और खंड (ग) के अनुकरण में, केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा सहायक ग्रेड (सीधी भर्ती प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा) विनियम, 2010 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :–
- संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ (1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा सहायक ग्रेड (सीधी भर्ती प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा) संशोधन विनियम, 2015 है।
- ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा सहायक ग्रेड (सीधी भर्ती प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा) विनियम, 2010 के विनियम 4 में,-
- (क) “27 वर्ष की आयु” अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर, “30 वर्ष की आयु” अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
- (ख) खंड (iv) का लोप किया जाएगा।

New Delhi, the 31st July, 2015
G.S.R.601(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in pursuance of clauses (a) and (c) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12 of the Central Secretariat Service Rules, 2009, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Secretariat Service Assistants’ Grade (Direct Recruit Competitive Examination) Regulations, 2010, namely :-
- Short title and commencement.-(1) These regulations may be called the Central Secretariat Service Assistants’ Grade (Direct Recruit Competitive Examination) Amendment Regulations, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Central Secretariat Service Assistants’ Grade (Direct Recruit Competitive Examination) Regulations, 2010, in regulation 4,-
(a) in clause (ii), for the words and figures ‘age of 27 years’, the words and figures ‘age of 30 years’ shall be substituted;
(b) the clause (iv) shall be omitted.
