With reference to the Membership of the Central Secretariat Club (CSC), all the applicants who have submitted their applications for Membership of the Central Secretariat Club (CSC) through e-HRMS/Goggle form are therefore, requested to submit a hard copy of the application, along with requisite documents i.e. copy of posting order, office Identity Card, Aadhar Card or any other documents as residence proof, payment receipt of processing fee, passport size photos of yourself, spouse & children below 18 years for serving applicant and copy of PPO, residence proof, office Pensioner Card & passport size photo of yourself & spouse in case of retired applicant at the Central Secretariat Club, 7-10 Park Street, New Delhi between 05.00 PM to 07.00 PM from Monday to Saturday at the earliest upto 31st August, 2023 to enable the club to scrutinize/process the application.
