This notification announces the revised schedule for the election of the Executive Committee of the Central Secretariat Club. The election, initially postponed due to a court case, will now proceed with nominations opening on June 14th, 2024, and closing on June 24th, 2024. The last date for withdrawal of candidatures is July 4th, 2024, and the poll will be held on July 14th, 2024, between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The notification is issued by the Ad-hoc Administrative Committee constituted by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT).

NOTIFICATION
DELHI, THE 17 { }^{th } May, 2024
NO. CSC/Meetings/2023/01-01 – The following is published for general information for the members of the Central Secretariat Club Talkatora Road, New Delhi:-
Whereas, the Election of Executive Committee of the Club scheduled on 07.04.2024 (Sunday) at Club was postponed due to a Court Case till further notification.
- Whereas, Now, the Ad-hoc Administrative Committee constituted by the Department of Personnel & Training, (DOPT) for the Central Secretariat Club, Talkatora Road, New Delhi decided to call upon all members of the Central Secretariat Club to elect Office Bearers and Members to the Executive Committee of the Central Secretariat Club in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of Central Secretariat Club and of the decision/order made by the Ad-hoc Administrative Committee.
- Now, therefore, the Committee, in pursuance of election of the Executive Committee of the Club, hereby-
(A) appoints, with respect of the said election in the Club
(a) the 14^{th } June, 2024 (Friday), as the opening date for filling Nominations,
(b) the 24^{th } June, 2024 (Monday), as the last date for filling Nominations,
(c) the 04^{th } July, 2024 (Thursday), as the last date for withdrawal of candidatures;
(d) the 14^{th } July, 2024 (Sunday), as the date on which a poll shall be taken
(B) fixes the hours from 11:00AM to 3:00 PM, as the hours during which the poll shall be taken on the date specified above at Central Secretariat Club, for the election.
