I am directed to refer to letter No. Stay/Jha. V.-404/2007 dated 28.032007 of Home (Special) Depatment of Government of Bihar for revision of allocation of Shri Bhagwan Rai, Lipik from Jharkhand to Bihar on medical ground and to say that after careful consideration of his representation on account of being affected with cancer and in the light of the recommendation of State Government, Bihar, the Central Government has decided to revise his allocation from the State of Jharkhand to Bihar on medical ground.
2. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter and suitably inform Shri Bhagwan Rai, Lipik of the decision of the Central Government.
