NOTIFICATION

3.02.62 In exercise of the powers conformed
by proviso to article 309 and clause (5) of article
148 of the Constitution and in consultation with the
Comptroller and Auditor General of India in relation
to persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts
Department the President hereby makes the following
rules further to amend the Central Civil Services
(Conduct) Rules, 1964 nameiv:-

  1. (1) These rules mey be called the Central Civil
    Services (Conduct) Third Amendment Rules, 1970.

  2. (2) They shall come into force from the date
    of their publication in the Official Gazette.

  3. In Clause (ii) of rule 7 of the Central Civil
    Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964 after the words “any form
    of strike”, the words “or coercion or physical suress”
    shall be inserted.
