G.S.R. 417.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the
pousho to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely :-
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) third amendment Rules. 1996.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part II, against serial number 9, in column 4, for the entries “Head of Telephone District, Head of Telecommunications District/Telecommunications area of Senior Administrative Grade, General Manager Telecommunications Stores, General Manager Proiects”, the following shall be substituted namely :-
‘Head of Telephone District;
Head of Telecommunications District/
Telecommunications Area, of Senior Administrative Grade; General Manager Maintenance, of Senior Administrative Grade;
General Manager, Telecommunications Stores;
General Manager, Projects”.
