सामान्यतः 3574—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 399 के परन्तु और अनुच्छेद 148 के कवच (5) में प्रवेश योजना का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय विधान सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और भविष्य) नियम, 1965 में और संशोधन करने के लिए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
- (1) इन नियमों का नाम केन्द्रीय विधान सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और भविष्य) तृतीय संशोधन नियम, 1977 है।
- (2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रदत्त होते।
- केन्द्रीय विधान सेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण और भविष्य) नियम, 1965 की अनुचूची में, (1) भाग 1—केन्द्रीय विधान सेवा, समूह “क” में प्रविष्टि संशोधन के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ श्रेष्ठत: स्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात् :-

S.O. 3574.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:—
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Third Amendment Rules, 1977.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. -
In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, (i) in Part I—Central Civil Services, Group “A”—After the entry No. 10, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:—
“10 A Indian Civil Accounts Service.”;
