आ॰सा॰ 2126—राजपत्र, संविधान के प्रपुर्णद 309 के पंचमुक द्वारा प्रथम शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हेतु, केन्द्रीय निर्वित्त सेवा (बर्मीकरण, निर्वाच्च और प्राचीन) नियम, 1965 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, खर्चान् —
- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय निर्वित्त सेवा (बर्मीकरण निर्वाच्च और प्राचीन) द्वितीय संशोधन नियम, 1981 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख का उत्तम होगा।
- केन्द्रीय निर्वित्त सेवा (बर्मीकरण, निर्वाच्च और प्राचीन) नियम, 1965 की प्रपुर्णी के भाग V R—
(i) कम मं० 1 की माह (ख) को उपमह (vii) के सामने मापना । मे, “मुख्य धरूष-उन-खोजे प्रशासन, वायु मुख्यालय” शब्दों के स्थान पर “मुख्य धार्मिक-उन-खोजे, कामिर, वायु मुख्यालय” शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
(ii) कम मं० 2 की माह (ख) को उपमह (vii) के सामने मापना । और 4 मे, “मुख्य धरूष-उन-खोजे, प्रशासन, वायु मुख्यालय” शब्दों के स्थान पर, जहां बाहों की ये घाने है, “मुख्य धार्मिक-उन-खोजे, कामिर, वायु मुख्यालय” शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

New Delhi, the 25th July, 1981
S.O. 2126.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:—
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Second Amendment Rules, 1981.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part V—
(i) in serial number 1, in item (B), against sub-item (vii) in column 4, for the words “Air Officer-in-Charge, Administration, Air Headquarters” the words “Air Officer-in-Charge, Personnel, Air Headquarters”, shall be substituted.
(ii) in serial number 2, in item (B) against sub-item (vii), in columns 3 and 4 for the words “Air Officer-in-Charge, Administration, Air Headquarters”, wherever they occur, the words “Air Officer-in-Charge, Personnel, Air Headquarters”, shall be substituted
