New Delhi, the 26th September 1967
S.O. 3530 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, read with rule 33 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:-
- These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Fourth Amendment Rules, 1967.
- In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1957, which is deemed to be the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, by virtue of rule 33 thereof, in Part II, “Central Civil Services, Class II,” against the entry in column 1 relating to “Posts in Union Territories”, the following shall respectively be inserted in columns 3 and 4, namely:-
