Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Fifth Amendment Rules, 1967

C

The President of India has amended the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, through the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Fifth Amendment Rules, 1967. This amendment modifies the Schedule to the existing rules, specifically concerning the Prime Minister’s Secretariat. The entry for the Central Secretariat Clerical Service, Upper and Lower Division Grades, is being replaced with “Deputy Secretary or an officer of the rank of Deputy Secretary”. This change clarifies the staffing structure and designates the appropriate rank for positions within the Prime Minister’s Secretariat.
