मा. का. मि. 499 -राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परामुक द्वारा प्रदत्त गल्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय मिश्रित सेवा (वर्गीकरण, निर्ध्रवन एवं ध्रुवीय) नियमावली, 1965 में और धागे मंत्रीग्रन्थ के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात् :-
- (1) इन नियमों को केन्द्रीय मिश्रित सेवा (वर्गीकरण, निर्धारण एवं ध्रुवीय) मंत्रीग्रन्थ नियमावली, 1994 कहा जायेगा।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रबूण होते ।
2 केन्द्रीय मिश्रित सेवा (वर्गीकरण, निर्ध्रवन एवं ध्रुवीय) नियमावली, 1965 की अनुयुकी में भाग III में कम संख्या 1 तथा 1-9 के मामले कासम 4,5 तथा 6 में गद (घ) तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रतिनिधिा विभीपित की जायेगी।

G.S.R. 499.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely :-
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1994.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette - In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part III, against serial numbers 1 and $1-\mathrm{A}$, item (d) and entries relating thereto in columns 4,5 and 6 shall be omitted.
