छोड़कर) केन्द्रीय अधिकारियों द्वारा विधि के अन्तर्गत बनाए और जारी किए गए
साधारण नियम जिनमें साधारण प्रकार के आदेश, उपनियम आदि सम्मिलित हैं।
General Statutory Rules (including orders, bye-laws etc. of a general
character) issued by the Ministries of the Government of India
(other than the Ministry of Defence) and by the Central Authorities
(other than the Administrations of Union Territories)

काम सा० नि० 746- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 340 के वरनार द्वारा प्रदत्त संहितियों का प्रयोग करने हुए केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण
नियंत्रण और उद्योग) नियम, 1965 का और समाधान करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाने दें, अर्थात् :-

(1) इन नियमों का पंक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण नियंत्रण और उद्योग) संशोधन नियम, 1985 है।
(2) ये राजपथ में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्गीकरण नियंत्रण और उद्योग) नियम, 1965 की अनुगंधी में, भाग II में, स्तम्भ 4 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किये
जायेंगे, अर्थात् :-
(1) कम संख्या, 1, 2, 3, 3क और 1 के सामने, मद्र(क) के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जायेंगी, अर्थात् :-
“(क) रक्षा मंत्रालय (वित्त विभाग)
बिल सलाहकार रक्षा सेवा”
(2) भाग III में, कम संख्या 1 और 1क के सामने, स्तंभ 4,5 और 6 में मद्र (ख) के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित
प्रविष्टियां रखी जायेंगी, अर्थात् :-

“रक्षा मंत्रालय (बिल प्रभाग)
5
उप बिल सलाहकार (1) में (4)
बिल सलाहकार रक्षा सेवा”।

MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL & TRAINING. ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS AND PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSION

New Delhi, the 29th July, 1985

S.O 746.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:

1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1985.
2. (2) These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in Part II, the following amendments shall be made in column 4, namely:

(i) against Sl. Nos. 1, 2, 3-3A and 4, for the existing entries against item (e), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:

“(e) Ministry of Defence (Finance Division) Financial Adviser Defence Services”;

(ii) in Part III, against S. Nos. 1 and 1A, in columns 4, 5, and 6 for the existing entries against item (b), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:
