G.S.R. 812.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:—
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1985.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in rule 29(a) for clause (iii) of subrule (1) the following clause shall be substituted, namely:—
“(ii) The Member (Personnel) Postal Services Board in the case of a Government servant serving in or under the Postal Service Board and Member (Personnel) Telecommunications Board in the case of Government servant serving in or under the Telecommunications Board, or”
(h) In the second proviso of the said rule 29, for the brackets and words “the Member (Administration) The Post and Telegraph Board)”, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
“Member (Personnel), Postal Services Board, Member (Personnel) Telecommunications Board.”

स. का. नि. 812.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परामर्श द्वारा प्रदत्त सचिवरी का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सिंचित सेवा (बर्गोकर, नियुक्त और सन.स.) नियम, 1965 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्—
- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रिय सिंचित सेवा (बर्गोकर नियुक्त और सन.स.) नियम, 1985 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन के तार, खेती की प्रचुरता होगी।
- केन्द्रिय सिंचित सेवा (बर्गोकर, नियुक्त और सन.स.) नियम, 1965 के नियम 29 में,—
(क) उपनियम (1) के खण्ड (3) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित खण्ड रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्—
“(3) डाक सेवा बोर्ड में या उसके प्रबंधन सेवा कर रहे किसी सरकारी सेवक को दक्षता में मापन (कामक), डाक सेवा बोर्ड और दस्तावेज बोर्ड में या उसके प्रबंधन सेवा कर रहे किसी सरकारी सेवक को दक्षता में मापन (कामक), दस्तावेज बोर्ड, या”
(ख) उक्त नियम 29 के दूसरे परामर्श में, “मदस्य (प्रशासन), डाक और छात्र बोर्ड” कार्यालय और शहरी के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्—
“सदस्य (कामक), डाक सेवा बोर्ड, सदस्य (कामक), दस्तावेज बोर्ड”।
