This document introduces amendments to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965. These new rules, named the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1982, will come into effect upon their publication in the Official Gazette. A key amendment is made to Rule 24, specifically to sub-rule (2), clause (i). A proviso is added stating that if an authority is subordinate to the President concerning a government servant for whom the President serves as the appellate authority according to sub-clause (b) of clause (i) of sub-rule (1), then any appeal shall be directed to the President. This amendment pertains to individuals serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department and was made after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General.

- (1) These ruley may be called the Central Civil Services (Clavification, Control and Appenl) Amendment Rules, 1982.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Anpeal) Rules, 1965, in Rule 24, to clause (i) of subrule (2), the following proviso shall be added, namely :-
“Provided that where such authority is subordinate to the President in respect of a Government servant for whom President is the apnellate authority in terms of sub-clause (b) of clausc (i) of sub-rule (1), the anpeal shall lie to the President”

काःशाः 168-राष्ट्रपति, मंत्रिप्राय के धनुर्लाद 148 के खण्ड (5) के साथ पटित धनुर्लाद 309 के परम्युध वारा प्रदत्त सन्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुन, भारतीय नेताप्रसारो और नेता विभाग मे मेवारन व्यक्तियों के संबंध मे निर्दक्षक और महानेखापरीक्षक मे परामर्श करने के पश्चात् केन्द्रीय मिश्रित मेवा (वर्गीकरण, नियक्षण और धनील) नियम, 1965 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात् —
1 (1) इन नियमो का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्दीव मिश्रित मेवा (वर्गीकरण, निर्थक्षण और धनील) संशोधन नियम, 1964 है।
(2) ये राजपक्ष मे प्रकाशन की तारंता की प्रभुत्व होते।
2. केन्दीव मिश्रित मेवा (वर्गीकरण, निर्नक्षण और धनील) नियम, 1965 के नियम 24 के उपनिषय (2) के खण्ड (i) मे निम्नलिखित परम्युध जोडा जायगा, अर्थात् —
“परन्तु जहाँ गंगा प्राधिकारी किसी ऐसे सरकारी मेगक के संबंध मे जिनके लिए राष्ट्रपति उपनिषय (i) के खण्ड (ख) के उपखण्ड (1) के नियन्त्रणों के समुयार धनील प्राधिकारी है यथोमरन है नहा धनील राष्ट्रपति की की जाएगी।”
