These rules, known as the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1976, modify the existing Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965. Specifically, they add a note to rule 14 regarding disciplinary cases. शो-शो- 4664.—राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के पंचगुरू तथा अनुच्छेद 148 के खण्ड (5) द्वारा प्रधान शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय लेखा परीक्षा और लेखा विभाग में सेवारत व्यक्तियों के संबंध में निर्वाचक तथा महाविद्यालय के परामर्श करने के पश्चात् केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (बर्गोकरण, नियंत्रण तथा धरोरा) नियम 1965 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है धरोरा:—
- (1) इन नियमों का नाम केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (बर्गोकरण, नियंत्रण और धरोरा) संशोधन नियम, 1976 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रमुख होंगे।
- केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (बर्गोकरण, नियंत्रण और धरोरा) नियम 1965 के नियम 11 के उप-नियम (8) के अधीन निम्नलिखित नियम अन्त:स्थापित किया जायेगा, धरोरा:—
“विभाग : सरकारी सेवक ऐसे किसी अन्य सरकारी सेवक की सहायता नहीं लेना जिसके द्वारा वे ऐसे ही अनुशासनिक मामले जिनमें उसे सहायता देनी है, निष्क्रिय है।

S.O. 4664.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General in relation to persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, namely:—
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment Rules, 1976.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- Under sub-rule (8) of rule 14 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the following Note shall be inserted, namely:—
