काव्य 1648—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 300 के वरन्युक
द्वारा प्रदान संबन्धनों का प्रयोग करने हुए, केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्षी-
करण, नियंत्रण और पर्याप्त) नियम, 1968 मे और संशोधन करने के
लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाने है, अर्थात् —
- (1) उन नियमों का नाम ने-दीप मेवा (वर्षीकरण, नियंत्रण
और पर्याप्त) संशोधन नियम, 1974 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र मे प्रकाशन की तारीख को उलूच हानि ।
- केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवा (वर्षीकरण, नियंत्रण और पर्याप्त) नियम
1968 की धमुमूलों के भाग 5 मे, उम्र १० 2 के सामने गद ख
(VII) मे, स्वस्थ 1, 1, और 8 मे, विद्यमान प्रतिक्रिया के पश्चात्,
कमरा निम्नलिखित ग्रन्थ-स्थापित किए जाएगे, अर्थात —
प्रगत प्रधानमन्त्री नियंत्रण अधीन एयर चालीसर कार्यालय इन-
पदों की शासन, चीन,
एयर चालीसर कार्यालय इन-बीग, मुख्यालय मं० 1 (प्रचालन)
मुख्यालय मं० 1 (प्रचालन) यूग, यूग, भारतीय वायु मेवा ।
भारतीय वायु मेवा।

S.O.1648 -In exercise of the powers conferred by the pro-
vies to article 109 of the Constitution the President hereby
makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil
Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965,
namely:—
- (1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services
(Classification, Control and Appeal) Amendment
Rules, 1974.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their bli-
cation in the official Gazette.

- In Part-V of the Schedule to the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, in columns 3, 4 and 5 against Sl. No. 2 in item B (vii) the following shall respectively be inserted after the existing entries, namely:
Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief Headquarters No. 1 (Operational) Group, Indian Air Force in respect of posts under his administrative control.
Air officer Commanding-in-Chief Headquarters, No. 1 (Operational) Group All Indian Air Force.
