These rules, notified on April 30, 2015, outline the method of recruitment, age limits, and qualifications for Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Miscellaneous Posts within the Central Administrative Tribunal. They supersede the 1989 rules and specify details for various positions including Section Officer/Court Officer, Assistant, Caretaker, Upper Division Clerk, and Lower Division Clerk/Hindi Typist. The rules detail recruitment through direct recruitment, promotion, and deputation, along with the required educational qualifications and experience. They also cover disqualifications for marriage while a spouse is living and provide provisions for the relaxation of rules by the Chairman. Specific percentages of vacancies are allocated to each recruitment method, and departmental promotion committees are constituted for considering promotions. Age limits and eligibility criteria for different posts are clearly defined, with provisions for age relaxations for government servants and other specified categories.
