This notification introduces amendments to the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987. Key changes include modifications to Rule 17 concerning applications for review. Under the new rules, review applications must be filed within thirty days of receiving the order’s copy. Applications are typically heard by the same bench that issued the original order, unless the Chairman directs otherwise. Review applications can be disposed of by circulation, either by dismissal or by directing notice to the opposing party. Importantly, once a review application has been made and decided, no further review applications will be entertained for the same matter. All review applications must be supported by a sworn affidavit detailing the source of knowledge and a counter-affidavit will also be required if facts are disputed.

शर, वर, नि, 552 (भ)—कैथोल मण्डल, प्रभातानि भविष्यव्त भविनियम, 1983 (1983 का 13) की सत्ता 35 की उपन्यास (2) के शस्त्र (प), (3) तथा (4) तथा प्राप्त उप के शस्त्र (प) इतने प्रथम सरीसाधी का प्रमाण-पत्री हुए कैथोल प्रभातानि भविष्यवत्ता (निजी विधि) नियमावली, 1982 में और सातें भंगायन करने हुए शृष्टदाता निम्नलिखित नियम बनायी है, प्रारूप:—
- (1) इस नियमों का नाम कैथोल प्रभातानि भविष्यवत्ता (निजी विधि) रेखादायक भविष्यवत्ता, 1991 होता है
- (2) ये मण्डली राजस्व में एकत्र पंचायत का प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त हुआ
- कैथोल प्रभातानि भविष्यवत्ता (निजी विधि) नियमावली, 1982 में नियम 12 के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिनिधित्व किया जाएगा—2296G1/91
“12 पुनर्गणण के लिए भविष्य—
(1) वरों की भविष्य पुनर्गणण के लिए का यह परिवार नहीं किया जाएगा का यह यह भविष्य पुनर्गणण की मांग लिए जाने वाले भविष्य की रुचि की प्राप्ति की जागीर में मांग दिया है और सादर व किया गया हो ।
(2) पुनर्गणण भविष्य पर भंगायनक उसी गणना-चरत्र प्राप्त शृष्टदाता, पर भंगणा रितायण भविष्य भविष्य रितायण के का एक रेखा माना ज्ञात हो गया है । (3) इस पर भविष्य गणना-चरत्र माना भविष्य भविष्य भविष्य भविष्य भविष्य पर भविष्यों भविष्यवत्ता करने की अगली परि गणना भविष्य की रुचि की प्राप्ति की जा सकती है ।
(4) इस रितायण रितायण भविष्य के पुनर्गणण के लिए एकत्र भविष्य किया गया है और उप पर भविष्यों की रुचि की प्राप्ति की जा सकती है ।
