सां. का. नि. 552 (म)—कैथोल मण्डल, उष्णकटिबंधीय भविष्यवत्ता भवित्तिपथ, 1983 (1983 का 13) की सत्ता 25 की उपन्यास (2) के शस्त्र (9), (2) तथा (9) तथा माना जा के शस्त्र (9) इतने सरल सवित्तपथ का प्रमाण कसी हुए कैथोल प्रजातिविद्य भविष्यवत्ता (रिक्ता विधि) निवणाकारी, 1982 में और सारे मनोबल कसी हुए शृंखलाओं निम्नलिखित नियम बनायी है, प्राचीन:—
- (1) इस नियमों का नाम कैथोल उष्णकटिबंधीय भविष्यवत्ता (रिक्ता विधि) रिक्ता भविष्यवत्ता (रिक्ता विधि) 1991 होता है
- (2) ये सरकारी राजस्व में एकत्र पंचायत का आरम्भ भी करना हुआ
- कैथोल प्रजातिविद्य भविष्यवत्ता (रिक्ता विधि) निवणाकारी, 1982 में नियम 12 के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम उल्लिखनित किया जाएगा—2296G1/91
“12 पुनर्गणण के लिए मापित—
(1) को भी मापित पुनर्गणण के लिए का यह परिवार नहीं किया जाएगा का यह यह मापित पुनर्गणण की मांग रिक्ता सारे क्रम मापे गये हैं जिन की मांग की मांग के बीच सारा व किया गया हो ।
(2) पुनर्गणण मापित का मापात्मक तथा चक्रवृद्धि द्वारा चक्रवृद्धि का मापन किया गया है । और के मापन किया गया है । और के मापन किया गया है । (2) चक्रवृद्धि द्वारा चक्रवृद्धि करने का विशेष नहीं होता ।
(3) का यह मापित चक्रवृद्धि द्वारा मापन मापन करे दिया गया, पुनर्गणण मापित का मापन किया गया है । और मापन मापन करे दिया गया है । (1) का रिक्ता विधीय चक्रवृद्धि के पुनर्गणण के लिए एकत्र मापित किया गया है और उस पर चक्रवृद्धि हो ।

- The first name of the government is the official gazette.
- In the Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987, for rule 17, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:
“17. Application for review:—
(1) No application for review shall be entertained unless it is filed within thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of the order sought to be reviewed.
(2) A review application shall ordinarily be heard by the same Bench which has passed the order, unless the Chairman may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, direct it to be heard by any other Bench.
(3) Under otherwise ordered by the Bench concerned, a review application shall be disposed of by circulation and the Bench may either dismiss the application or direct notice to the opposite party.
(4) Where an application for review of any judgement or order has been made and disposed of, no further application for review shall be entertained in the same matter.
(5) No application for review shall be entertained unless it is supported by a duly young affidavit indicating therein the source of knowledge, personal experience, and also those which are known on the basis of the legal advice. The counter affidavit in review application will also be a duly recent affidavit wherever any movement of fact is disputed.”
