The meeting, originally planned for August 28th, 2014, under the direction of JS (AT&A), has been postponed, and a new date will be communicated shortly. The memorandum is addressed to Joint Secretaries (Admn.) of various Ministries/Departments and includes a copy to the Director, CS-II Division, DOP&T. A comprehensive list of ministries and departments to whom this notice is directed is also provided.
