This office memorandum announces the cancellation of the Level ‘E’ Training Programme under CSS-CTP, originally scheduled to begin on September 8th, 2014. All ministries and departments are instructed to inform officers who were nominated for this training about the cancellation. The cancellation is effective until further notice, as per a previous order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) dated August 1st, 2014. The memorandum also lists recipients for informational copies, including ISTM officials and relevant personnel within the Department of Personnel & Training.

Subject: Cancellation of Level ‘E’ training programme – regarding.
The Level ‘E’ Training Programme under CSS-CTP scheduled to commence from 8th September, 2014 as per DoPT OM of even No. dated 1st August, 2014 has been cancelled until further orders in this regard.
- All the Ministries/Departments shall bring the above cancellation of Level ‘E’ training programme to the notice of officers of their respective cadre who were nominated for Level ‘E’ training programme as per DoPT OM of even No. dated 1st August, 2014.
