OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Cadre Unit-wise incumbency position in the Section Officers’ Grade of CSS – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to enclose a statement containing the incumbency position as on 01.11.2015 in the Section Officers’ Grade of CSS, cadre unit-wise, as per the data maintained in the Department. The cadre units participating in CSS are requested to verify the data and inform this Department any discrepancy noticed therein, with supporting documents. The disparity, if any, with the data available on the Cadre Management System may also be informed.
- It may be seen from the attached statement that some cadre units have more persons in position than the sanctioned strength or they are not in a position to accommodate all Assistants included in the zone for SO SL 2009 to 2015, if promoted. In the case, where the number of persons in position is more than the sanctioned strength, the reasons for the same may be informed to this Department. The Assistants, who have been found fit by the DPC but cannot be accommodated in the cadre unit due to non-availability of vacancy may be relieved immediately with the directions to report to CS-I Division for further posting, if already qualified in the mandatory training programme (Level B). However, those Assistants, who have not yet successfully completed the Level B Training may be relieved only after the date of successful completion of the mandatory training.
