In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Assam, Meghalaya and Uttarakhand, the Central Government hereby approves the proposal for cadre transfer of Shri Sandeep Tewari, IAS (AM:17) from Assam-Meghalaya cadre to Uttarakhand cadre in terms of PH (Physically Handicapped) policy dated 14.02.2014.
