NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Chhattisgarh and the Government of Haryana, the Central Government hereby approves the proposal for cadre change of Shri Ravi Prakash Gupta, IAS (CG:07) from Chhattisgarh cadre to Haryana cadre on the basis of PH (Physically Handicapped) Policy dated 14.02.2014 and High Court Chhattisgarh order dated 05.02.2014.
