The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has given its approval for the empanelment of several Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers for positions at the Secretary or Secretary equivalent level within the Central government. This decision includes the appointment of Shri Jagdip Narayan Singh and Shri Dinesh Kumar Jain as Secretary or Secretary equivalent. Additionally, Ms. Nilima Jauhari, Ms. Nutan Guha Biswas, Shri Binoy Kumar, and Shri Raghvendra Singh have been empanelled for Secretary equivalent roles.

2. Shri Dinesh Kumar Jain, IAS (MH:1983)

Secretary equivalent:

1. Ms. Nilima Jauhari, IAS (RJ:1979)
2. Ms. Nutan Guha Biswas, IAS (UT:1983);
3. Shri Binoy Kumar, IAS (TG:1983);
4. Shri Raghvendra Singh, IAS (WB:1983).
