Subject: Basketball Coaching for children/dependents of Central Government
Employees
The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board has been providing
Basketball Coaching for children/dependents (both boys & girls) of Central
Government Employees on regular basis as per details given below:
i. Age of Trainees : 8 to 16 years
ii. Days : Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
iii. Timings : Summer(5 to 7 PM)
Winter( 4 to 6 PM)
iv. Fee : Rs. 750/- per month
v. Venue : Vinay Marg Sports Complex,
Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.
- Application form may be collected from Vinay Marg Sports Complex,
Chanakyapuri, New Delhi between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM and are also available
at http://www.persmin.nic.in/DOPT. Duly filled application forms along with
receipt of online fee deposited may be submitted at the office of CCSCSB or to
the Basketball Coach at the Vinay Marg Sports Complex.

(Note: In case of child / trainee of Central Govt. Employee, please enclose a self attested copy of Office I.D. Card and copy of CGHS Card of the aforesaid child / trainee. The coaching fees must be paid on time and only through crossed cheque in the favour of “The Secretary, CCSCSB, New Delhi” OR through NEFT to saving accounts No. 90432010052140 of Syndicate Bank, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi (IFS code of Bank – SYN80009043). No cash payment to be made towards coaching fee.)
I understand that Board will provide only coaching facilities at declared venue. As far as general safety is concerned, the trainees will take care of themselves during the training session. I shall not hold the Central Civil Services Cultural Board responsible for any accident/injuries / mishappening during the training session.
