Subject: Availability of APARs of CSS officers for preparation of Director Select List 2017 – reminder.

In continuation of this Department’s OM of even number dated $26^{\text {th }}$ April, 2017 read with OM No.3/1/2017-CS.I(D) dated $22^{\text {nd }}$ March, 2017 and OM No.3/1/2017CS.I(D) dated $27^{\text {th }}$ April, 2017 thus making a tentative list of 91 eligible officers, who are likely to be included in Director Select List 2017 and a provisional list indicating the status of available ACRs/APARs for the reckonable period from 2008-09 to 2015-16 was circulated. Though a few Ministries/Department made available the missing APARs/NRCs in respect of these officers, however, the APARs/NRCs in respect of remaining officers are yet to be received. The updated status of non-available APARs is attached at annexure-I.
2. The Ministries/ Departments are, therefore, once again requested to check at their end the non-availability (NA) of APARs in respect of the officers working in the Ministry/ Department concerned and make available the pending APARs to CS-I Division, DoP\&T without further delay.
