Subject: Availability of APARs of CSS officers for preparation of Director Select List 2017 – reg.
Attention is invited to this Department’s OM No.3/1/2017-CS.I(D) dated 22nd March, 2017 wherein a tentative list of 89 eligible officers, who are likely to be included in Director Select List 2017, was circulated. In the aforesaid OM it had been stated that ACRs/APARs upto 2015-16 would be reckonable. A provisional list indicating the status of available ACRs/APARs for the years from 2008-09 to 2015-16 is enclosed at annexure -I.
- All the Ministries/Departments may check at their end the details as well as the non-availability (NA) of APARs in respect of the officers working in the Ministry/Department concerned and make available the pending APARs to CS-I Division, DoP&T within a fortnight of the issuance of this communication.
