This notification announces the authorisation of Justice Shri Dinesh Gupta as the Acting Chairman of the Central Administrative Tribunal’s Allahabad Bench. This appointment is effective from April 6, 2018, and will continue until a new Chairman is appointed according to the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, or until Justice Dinesh Gupta reaches the age of 65, whichever comes first. This measure is taken under the powers granted by Section 7 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

का.आ. 1568(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा न्यायमूर्ति श्री दिनेश गुप्ता, न्यायिक सदस्य, केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण, इलाहाबाद न्यायपीठ को दिनांक 06.04.2018 से, प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 13) के उपबंधों के अनुसार नियुक्त किए गए नए अध्यक्ष द्वारा कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख अथवा न्यायमूर्ति श्री दिनेश गुप्ता द्वारा 65 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने अथवा अगले आदेश जारी होने, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, तक केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण के अध्यक्ष पद पर कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है।

New Delhi, the 06th April, 2018
S.O. 1568(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby authorises Justice Shri Dinesh Gupta, Judicial Member, Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench to act as
Chairman, Central Administrative Tribunal, with effect from $6^{\text {th }}$ April, 2018 until the date on which a new Chairman appointed in accordance with the provisions of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985) enters upon his office, or the date on which Justice Shri Dinesh Gupta attains the age of sixty five years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
