Subject: Assistants (Direct Recruits) Foundational Training Programme (ADR-FTP) during 2012-13 at ISTM- reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 8th March, 2013 nominating 78 DR Assistants to 23rd & 24th batches of Assistants (Direct Recruits) Foundational Training Programme (ADR-FTP) in ISTM which is scheduled as below:
- Phase-I: One week from 18.03.2013 to 22.03.2013
- Phase-II: 11 weeks from 24.06.2013 to 06.09.2013
- In addition to already nominated 78 Assistants, the under mentioned DR Assistants are also nominated for the above stated ADR-FTP:

- All participating Ministries/Departments of Central Secretariat Service may please co-operate in implementing the training schedule. It may please be seen that in order to avoid disruption of work in a cadre-unit, nominations to the mandatory training are being made from across the cadre-units and not enbloc from a particular cadre unit. As per the revised design for ADR-FTP, once CS Division nominates direct recruit Assistants for the training, they stand relieved from the concerned Cadre units. No other formal relieving order is required to be issued. Cadre Units concerned may please inform the above nominated officers about the training schedule and instruct them to report for the training on 18th March, 2013. Successful completion of training is mandatory for completing the probation by the DR Assistants and for their confirmation in the grade.
