OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Assistants (Direct Recruits) Foundational Training Programme (ADR-FTP) during 2012-13 at ISTM (Phase II 21.1.2013 to 5.04.2013)- regarding.
The undersigned is directed to invite attention to this Department’s OM of even number dated $6^{\text {th }}$ December, 2012 nominating DR Assistants to $19^{\text {th }}$ and $20^{\text {th }}$ batches of Assistants (Direct Recruits) Foundational Training Programme (ADR-FTP).
2. Phase I of ADR-FTP was conducted by ISTM during 31.12.2012 to 04.01.2013. A list of 108 Assistants who attended the Phase-I is given in Annexure-I. The Phase-II of the training programme of 11 weeks is starting from $21^{\text {st }}$ January, 2013. It is mandatory to attend this phase too. All Ministries/Departments are requested to ensure that the nominated Assistants are relieved by their controlling officers to attend the eleven weeks Phase-II training.
3. No other relieving order is required to be issued in this regard. Once CS Division nominates DR Assistants for the ADR-FTP, they shall stand relieved from the concerned Cadre Units for the training. Successful completion of training is mandatory for completing the probation by the DR Assistants and their conformation.
