OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Assistants (Direct Recruits) Foundational Training Programme (ADR-FTP) during
2012-13 at ISIM-reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 16th
October, 2012 nominating DR Assistants to Cadre- Units of CSS, Institute of Secretariat
Training & Management has scheduled the second batch of Assistants’ (Direct Recruits)
Foundational Training Programme (ADR-FTP) from 14th January 2013 as below:

Phase-I – One week from 14.01.2013 to 18.01.2013
Phase-II – Eleven weeks from 08.04.2013 to 21.06.2013

1. 110 DR Assistants mentioned in the list enclosed are nominated for the aforesaid training.
   As already indicated in the OM mentioned above, once CS Division nominates DR
   Assistants, they shall stand relieved from the concerned Cadre Units for the training. No
   other relieving order is required to be issued. Successful completion of training is mandatory for
   completing the probation by the DR Assistants and their confirmation.

2. Cadre Units may please inform the nominated Assistants about the above training
   schedule and instruct them to report for the training on 14th January, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in ISIM
   to Shri Chandan Mukherjee, Deputy Director. Further information regarding the training
   programme will be intimated by ISIM.

3. Cadre Units are also requested to intimate the latest position regarding appointment of
   allocated DR Assistants.
