- The period for which the officer remained under posting in this Department i.e. from the date of his reporting in DoPT till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by Ministry of Water Resources, RD & GR.
- Shri Ashish Kumar Sao has been included in USSL-2022 vide DoPT’s O.M. No.5/15/2022-CS.I(U) dated 21.07.2022. Ministry of Water Resources, RD & GR may issue Notification regarding his inclusion in USSL-2022 w.e.f. 17.08.2022, i.e. the date on which he has reported as Under Secretary in DoPT.
