This notification announces the approval of the Government of India for the cadre change of Shri Shridhar Chamakuri, an IAS officer of the Kerala cadre, to the Andhra Pradesh cadre. This decision is made under the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, and with the consent of the governments of Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. The approval is based on the PH (Physical Disability) policy dated 14.2.2014.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा केरल और आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा दिनांक 14.2.2014 की पीएच (शारीरिक विकलांगता) नीति के आधार पर श्री श्रीधर चमाकुरी, आईएएस (केएल:2016) के केरल संवर्ग से आंध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग में संवर्ग परिवर्तन के प्रस्ताव को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
