OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Transfer of posts / staff from DGE&T to M/o Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.
The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Labour & Employment Office Memorandum No. A-22020/2/2015-Adm.I dated 22.4.2015 on the subject mentioned above and to convey the approval of this Department for the following:
- Transfer of one DS and three USs of CSS from Directorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Labour & Employment to Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
- Transfer of nine SOs, twenty two Assistants to Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports for posting them to Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
The list of officers covered under the above approval is attached.
As regards the issue of transfer of officers/officials belonging to Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service (CSSS) and Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS), orders will be issued separately.
The Ministries/Departments concerned are also requested to reconcile their records and furnish details of sanctioned strength in the various grades of CSS, CSSS and CSCS prior to and after transfer of posts.
