This document conveys the approval for the regularisation of Shri Sanjiv Gautam’s deputation tenure as DIG, CBI, from November 11, 2016, to December 26, 2016. Approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed to the regularisation of deputation tenure of Shri Sanjiv Gautam, IRS (C&CE: 1995), DIG, CBI for the period from 11.11.2016 to 26.12.2016.
- The Committee directed that henceforth all cases of extension be brought before the Committee before expiry of tenure.
