Approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed to the premature repatriation of Shri Sandeep Khirwar, IPS (HY:1995), DIG, CBI to his parent cadre in terms of para 14.2 of IPS Tenure Policy dated 30.03.2010, on the request of the State Government.
- The cooling off period would be reckoned only from 08.07.2018, the date on which Shri Sandeep Khirwar, IPS would have completed his approved central deputation tenure.
