NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Haryana and the Ministry of Home Affairs the Central Government hereby accords approval for the inter cadre deputation of Shri Ram Niwas, IAS (HY:85) from Haryana cadre to AGMUT cadre for a period of three years for appointment as Home Secretary, Chandigarh Administration from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier..
