In a recent administrative decision, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Jitendra Gupta, an IAS officer from the 2013 batch. 2. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of DoPT (AIS Division) (in the light of proceedings of the Committee), for inter cadre deputation of Shri Jitendra Gupta, IAS (BH:2013) from Bihar Cadre to Nagaland Cadre (deficit cadre) initially for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge in the cadre, and/or until further orders, whichever is earlier, in terms of the extant provisions in this regard.
