NOTIFICATION
In compliance with the directions of Ld Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench in their order dated 05.05.2022 in OA No. 521 of 2021 filed by Sh. Surya Madhaba Panigrahi, and in partial modification of this department’s Notification No. 14015/17/2021-AIS(I)-B dated 21.01.2022, the President is pleased to appoint the following member of the State Civil Service of Odisha to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government on the basis of the Review Select List of 2020, on probation until further orders, and to allocate him to the Odisha Cadre, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954:-
